Photographing Nature Workshop

This Photographing Nature Workshop is a two-part, beginner-intermediate workshop. The content of this second session builds on the technical elements of creative photography presented in the first session, which included: aperture, shutter speed and film speed (ISO).
The second session presents guidelines and softer concepts used in creative photography, including:
· Composition Guidelines:
o Rule of Thirds
o Rule of Odds
o Negative Space
o Showing Motion
o Shooting Angles
o Landscape or Portrait
o Direction of Lighting
o Dawn & Dusk
o Elements of Composition - line, shape, form, texture, pattern, colour, close-up technique of butterflies, birds and plants
· Suggestions on how to use of your images
· Parting thoughts
The morning session will be classroom based. The afternoon includes a practical period, allowing delegates to practice the principles presented in morning. Delegates can show their images for review and positive critical comments in the second part of the session.
Booking essential. £39 per person. Suitable for adults and young people aged 14 and over.
Refunds will be given up to 14 days before the event.
